Using Your Ritual

How do I use a ritual set?

Follow the steps in the order shown on the ritual product page. Each individual product also includes its own application instructions.

How often should I use the AHA Peeling Concentrate?

Use it in the evening 1–2 times per week as directed on the product page, and always follow with SPF the next morning.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Suitability varies by product. Review the individual product description and ingredient information before use. If you have a specific skin concern, consult a qualified professional.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

How long does processing and delivery take?

Orders are generally prepared within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened or used skincare products are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
