What's the difference between the tin and the tube?

Both contain the same BALMY formula — it's simply a matter of use case. The 20oz tin is great for at-home use, while the twist-up tube is compact and perfect for on-the-go application during walks or travel.

Is BALMY safe if my dog licks it?

Yes, BALMY is formulated to be safe if licked, since dogs naturally lick their paws after application. That said, we always recommend supervising your dog after first use.

How often should I apply BALMY?

For daily protection, apply once before walks. For dry, cracked, or irritated paws, you can apply up to 2-3 times a day until the skin improves.

Can I use BALMY on my dog's nose or elbows too?

Yes — BALMY's barrier formula works well on noses, elbows, and other dry or rough patches of skin, not just paws.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every order ships free, no minimum required.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We currently do not accept product returns. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund without requiring the product to be sent back.

My product arrived damaged — what do I do?

Reach out to us with a photo of the damage, and we'll issue a refund — no need to send the item back.

Can I get a refund if I just don't like the product?

Contact us and let us know what didn't work for you. We evaluate refund requests individually and aim to make things right.
