Orders and availability

All products are subject to availability. We may correct pricing or product information errors and may cancel an order when necessary. The price shown at checkout is the price charged for your order.

Products and use

Product descriptions are provided to help you choose products for your routine. Follow the directions on each product page. Skincare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If you have a specific medical or skin concern, consult a qualified professional.

Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Orders are generally prepared within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically taking a further 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Opened or used skincare products are not returnable for hygiene reasons. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
